#4 - Lifestyle & Support

  • Have the ability to travel to a fertility clinic for the in-vitro fertilization (IVF) process as needed

  • Have the help and support of family. If married or partnered, have support from a partner or spouse.

  • Have no felony convictions and can pass a background check and drug screening. If in a relationship, a partner or spouse must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.

  • Reside in the United States in a surrogate-friendly state (unfortunately, we cannot accept gestational carriers who reside in Nebraska, Louisiana, Michigan, or outside the US).

We totally get it—navigating the requirements and qualifications can feel like a lot! But don't worry, our screening criteria align perfectly with those of top fertility clinics and The American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

What matters most to us is the overall health of our amazing gestational carriers. We're dedicated to ensuring a joyful and healthy journey for our surrogates, the precious babies they carry, and all the wonderful intended parents!
